Grant County Sheriff's Chaplaincy Program
GovernmentThe Grant County Sheriff's Chaplaincy's primary purpose is to provide and facilitate a Christian ministry to those who come in contact with the Grant County Sheriff's Office. Including, but no limited to, jail inmates, juvenile detainees, ex-offenders, law enforcement officers, civilian jailers, department staff, and their families, crime victims, and relatives of crime victims. Our ministry consists of chapel, juvenile chapel/bible studies, bible studies for male and female inmates, distribution of religious materials, spiritual counseling, and other programs designed to assist and equip offenders/ex-offenders and their families to become responsible and positive contributors in their communities, churches, and work place.
